The submissions will be judged by a panel at the N2Y3 Conference, in San Jose, CA from May 27-28. Participants will not be required to attend the conference.
Entries will be judged on four criteria:
- Uniqueness & Creativity
- Utility
- User Experience
- Execution

The only catch is that the project I help with must make their code freely distributable after the contest for any charity to use in Hawai`i.
